Surprising Comfort in a Crowded Space

The room felt spacious, and the staff greeted us with genuine smiles. The location was perfect for exploring local attractions.

The bathroom privacy was lacking, and the dim lighting made our routines difficult. It felt cramped, especially since the bed blocked the bathroom door.

Very efficient staff and friendly. Very well equipped rooms and very clean. Quiet location. Excellent buffet breakfast included. Highly recommended.

There is no changing room in the swimming pool area. It's hard to avoid dripping water over the floor on returning to the bedroom. However this seems to be the normal and isn't a huge problem.

We were very impressed with the accomodations at SpringHill. Our room was not only sparkling clean and beautiful but the bed was the most comfortable I've ever slept in away from home. It was spacious with every ammenity you could desire. The breakfast bar was also "over the top" - left us wanting for nothing. SpringHill will be our first choice from now on wherever we travel.

Clean and comfortable accommodations

I loved the room design and how friendly the staff was. The hotel was far enough from DC that I could enjoy just running around or I could drive 15 minutes to the city.

I wouldnt change anything.

That brekfast was served on paper plates with plastic forks and knives which doesn't have a quality feel. It would be much nicer to eat off china with metal cutlery.

The mini fridge and microwave in the room were super handy for snacks. The comfy king suite reminded me of home!

Room service should be better supervised I mean a) The passenger has the right to rest and use the do not disturb sign b) But should watch in its latest round of room if the client poster removed. C) The employee must give notice that I fail to collect room.

Decorated in a nice up to date style. Colors were uplifting.

The commode in room 202 nearly ran over twice. Borrowed plunger from house keeping and used it twiced. House keeper was very helpful. Overall excellent stay.

wouldn't hesitate to stay there again

The king suite was spacious and had everything, like a microwave and refrigerator. The bathroom was neat, having both a roll-in shower and various toiletries. It was great to relax in the seating area after a day out. Fitness centre was a nice added bonus for those who like to work out. The air conditioning worked well, keeping the room comfortable.

Thanks everyone for a really enjoyable stay for the holidays. We ate at an excellent restaurant for breakfast. The location was comfortable and magnificent: stores and a bakery were within walking distance. Had nice dainties at Amphora Bakery, located close to the hotel.

Concierge was great,very helpful.

Modern room, spacious bathroom, with a quiet and powerful air conditioner, we enjoyed the excellent breakfast and found the location convenient for accessing local restaurants and transport options.

We stayed in a room that had handicap access, and I noticed the bed sheets (although clean, had a residue odor of urine, which was a little unpleaseant.) I'm sure it is one of the things that they tried to launder well, but that aroma is hard to remove.

Very clean, updated room, quiet surroundings. The breakfast was very good.
